Therapy is a confidential space where your privacy is deeply respected. What you share stays between us, with a few important exceptions required by law. These include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult, or if a court orders disclosure.

It depends on your needs. Some people seek short-term support during a challenging time, while others stay longer to focus on deeper growth and healing. We’ll work together to find the pace and approach that feels right for you.

You might start to feel more grounded, connected, or better able to handle challenges. That’s often a sign it could be time to space out sessions, moving to bi-weekly or monthly, or eventually ending therapy. Either way, we’ll make sure it feels supportive and right for you.

You would pay cash rates until your out-of-network deductible is met. After hitting the deductible, you'll be responsible for your co-insurance. I am out of network with:
