Hi, I'm Cassandra

My approach to therapy
I will approach you with compassion and meet you exactly where you are on your journey. My goal is to create a safe space for healing, supporting you as we explore your unique story and work toward goals.
Together, we'll untangle the emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that have been holding you back, so you can reconnect with who you are and where you want to be. Therapy can be a powerful way to slow down, take a breath, and start the healing process.
We cannot change the past, but we can make the most of the present and shape your future. You don't have to do it all on your own. If any of this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but it’s also an act of courage and self-care. Therapy is a space where your voice matters, your experiences are honored, and healing is possible.

The non-therapy stuff

New thing I tried and totally fell for: Archery

My idea of self-care is either a peaceful walk along the beach or completely vegging out on the couch with a favorite show- Balance is always key!

My favorite TV: I’m hooked on crime mysteries, medical dramas, and the delightful chaos of reality TV!

My favorite season: Summer, because sunshine, fresh air, and any excuse to be outside makes my heart happy.

I’m on a lifelong mission to try every pasta out there because life’s too short to stick with just spaghetti.

One of my 2025 goals is to explore photography more and finally figure out how to use all those fancy camera settings!
